The Obsidian Knight

First recorded during the Damocles Gulf Crusade, the Obsidian Knight strode from nowhere to halt a T’au river crossing single-handedly, fought through dozens more battles, and vanished. Two centuries later, the same black-armoured heraldry returned on Agrellan, smashing open an escape for encircled Imperial forces before disappearing once more. Whether it was truly the same pilot—or even the same Knight—no one knows. Along the frontier, they tell children that when the T’au come, the Obsidian Knight comes too.
