Gundam Astray Gold Frame Amatsu Mina

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUILD THIS MODEL. Do not attempt to pose this model. If you are in the same room as this model, do not breathe. If you touch it, two legs, a wing, and some random tail will fall off. FUCK THIS THING. It lives on my highest shelf.

Gaze, for a moment, at its intoxicating metallic-blue eyes: two parts SMALLER THAN THE GATES ATTACHING THEM TO THE SPRUE. You do not really put them into place; you cannot hold them with surgical tweezers. Instead, you spend hours DROPPING THEM AND PRAYING THEY FALL INTO PLACE. The Gold Frame Amatsu Mina is not so much a model as a test of character—or insanity. I still have not determined whether finishing the Amatsu Mina proves Zen-like patience or utter madness. The Amatsu Mina taught me that those may be the same thing.

I am so bloody proud of this thing.
